On Saturday 08/08/2009 there was a meeting with HRS with rgds to security and maintenance issues of our society.
Since the attendance was wafer , we request u to please log on your views on these 2 issues here (by clicking comment and entering your comments ). Please write yourname and contact number /staff qurter number at the end of the comment
After a week or so I will ask HRS to log on and decide future course of action.

I feel there has to be an age limit for the security staff . Also for the common area cleaning ,the dustbin collecting person always send his daughter who seems to be a minor . We should immediately discourage this practice as it may lead to complications later .

Club infrastructure like AC etc needs to be taken care by HRS ,as we take care of our COCO retail outlets in retail . HRS need not wait for complaints to be logged on these equipments . There needs to be a regular monitoring mechanism for the club assets .

ReplyDeleteOur colony gates should normally be in closed position and should be opened only when anyone comes or goes out, which will probably give the security some time to check the persons .
